1 Tbs Ancho chili powder

2 Tbs Olive oil

1 Tbs Minced garlic

Directions

Mix ingredients and rub on beef steaks, swordfish or pork before grilling. Ancho chili powder tastes different than regular chili powder, so be sure to look for the word ancho.
